Look, we didn't start out planning to revolutionize luxury real estate. It just kinda happened when we realized nobody was treating high-end properties with the personal touch they deserved.
Started with just three of us and a dream to do things differently. We were tired of seeing clients get lost in the shuffle at big agencies, so we opened up shop in a tiny office on Robson Street.
Closed our first waterfront estate deal in West Van and realized we'd found our calling. There's something special about matching people with properties that have that wow factor - whether it's mountain views or oceanfront access.
Word got around, and we started working with buyers from all over the world. Turns out our approach of actually listening and not pushing cookie-cutter solutions resonates across cultures.
Moved into our current Alberni Street location and added property management services. Our clients kept asking us to help them take care of their investments, so we made it happen.
We're a team of 18 now, but we haven't lost that personal touch. Every client still gets the white-glove treatment, and we're still obsessed with finding the perfect match between people and properties.

Started this whole thing back in 2012 after getting fed up with how impersonal big agencies had become. I've been in real estate for 18 years now, and honestly, I still get excited about matching the right person with the right property.
Outside work? You'll find me hiking the North Shore trails or trying (and usually failing) to keep up with my two teenagers. Born and raised in Vancouver, so I know this city like the back of my hand.

Joined the team in 2014 after spending five years in commercial real estate. Realized residential was where my heart was at - there's something special about helping families find their dream home on the water.
I'm a bit of a boat nerd (okay, a huge boat nerd), which comes in handy when clients want to know about marina access and mooring. When I'm not showing properties, I'm probably out sailing or playing terrible golf.

Mountain girl through and through. Moved here from Banff in 2016 and brought my passion for alpine properties with me. Nothing beats showing a client a home with killer mountain views - that moment when they see it for the first time never gets old.
I'm pretty obsessed with skiing (surprise, surprise) and spend most winter weekends on Whistler's slopes. Summer's all about mountain biking and trail running. Yeah, I practice what I preach about the mountain lifestyle.
